Sovereignty consulting

Your life.
Your decision.

You keep functioning, you hold everything together, and still you notice: this is no longer quite your life. I help you sort out where you stand. You choose the way yourself.

Three pillars

Sovereignty concerns
more than one area of life.

The three topics are connected. Start where it hurts most right now.

01

Personal sovereignty

You say yes and mean no. You take care of everyone, and you are the one who gets too little. This is about boundaries, about responsibility that is not yours, and about decisions that belong to you again.

02

Sovereign masculinity

Be strong, deliver, show nothing. Many men carry roles they never chose. We take a look at them and search for a masculinity that fits your life. This offer is aimed at men.

03

Digital sovereignty

The phone lies on the table during dinner, the feed sets the mood. This is about who owns your attention and how you use technology instead of being driven by it.

How I work

No recipe.
A view from the outside.

You come with a concrete situation: a decision that is stuck, a conflict that keeps repeating, or simply the feeling that something is no longer right. No complicated programme is needed for that.

I listen, I ask questions and I tell you what I see. I will not rescue you. The decision stays with you, and that is exactly the point. Whether further conversations make sense, we discuss openly.

Request a conversation
  1. 01

    Clarify the situation

What happened, what is weighing on you, and what do you want to decide about?

  2. 02

    Recognise patterns

Which roles, expectations and reactions keep coming up?

  3. 03

    Separate responsibility

What belongs to you? And what belongs to other people?

  4. 04

    Examine the options

Which options really exist, and what does each of them cost?

  5. 05

    Decide for yourself

You choose your way and walk it on your own responsibility.

Turning Point

Some ruptures are
not only personal.

AI, social media and constant availability are changing how we work, love and see ourselves. On top of that came the pandemic, wars and inflation, almost at the same time.

Losing your bearings in all of this does not simply make you weak. Personal crises often have social causes as well. That does not take your responsibility away, but it changes how you look at it.

About me

Reinhard Fritz.
Sovereignty consultant.

What I describe here, I know from my own life. For a long time I tried to carry responsibility for everything and everyone. I adapted, ignored my own limits and made recognition the foundation of my life. At some point burnout arrived and presented the bill.

After that I had to let go of old roles and sort out a lot anew: relationships, work, the way I look at myself. Some contacts broke; others became possible again later, with clearer boundaries.

That does not make me the yardstick for your life. But I listen more closely, I can hold contradictions, and I recognise patterns without imposing a worldview on you.

“I do not tell you what to do. I show you what I see. What you make of it is your decision.”

Questions

What you should know.

Who is the consulting for?

For women and men who want to understand their situation better and act more self-determined. The area “Sovereign masculinity” is aimed at men only, because there I work from my own experience as a man.

What is sovereignty consulting?

We look closely at your situation, search for the patterns behind it and examine which ways there are. You have to decide yourself. I cannot promise you a particular outcome.

Is this therapy?

No. I do not make diagnoses and I do not treat mental illness. The consulting does not replace psychotherapy, medical treatment, addiction treatment, legal advice or debt counselling.

When is consulting not the right setting?

In cases of acute suicidality, severe mental illness, addiction requiring treatment, or when trauma therapy is needed, you need qualified professional help. In an acute emergency, please contact the emergency services or a crisis service near you.

How does working together begin?

With a non-binding first conversation. In it we clarify your concern and whether we are a good fit.

How does a session work?

If possible we meet in person – currently mainly in Berlin, depending on where I am. Otherwise the session takes place by video call. The initial conversation can also simply be held by phone.

What does a session cost?

A consulting session lasts 60 minutes and costs 99 euros. How many conversations make sense is your decision; we discuss it openly after each appointment.

The first step
