2. General principles
Personal data is processed only to the extent necessary for providing the website, answering enquiries and processing orders. The legal bases are in particular Art. 6 (1) lit. a (consent), lit. b (contract and pre-contractual measures) and lit. f (legitimate interest) GDPR.
3. Hosting and server log files
This website runs on a dedicated server in a data centre in Germany. When the pages are accessed, access data is automatically stored in log files: IP address, date and time, page accessed, amount of data transferred, status code, referrer and browser used. This processing serves secure, stable operation and the defence against attacks (Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR). The log data is deleted or shortened after 14 days at the latest, unless it is needed to investigate a concrete security incident.
4. Encryption
The website is delivered exclusively over an encrypted HTTPS connection.
5. Contact form and e-mail
Via the contact form, name, e-mail address, the message and, for workshop enquiries, additionally the institution or group, location and desired time frame are processed. This information is used to handle the enquiry (Art. 6 (1) lit. b or lit. f GDPR), delivered by e-mail to the controller and additionally stored in the protected administration area of the website so that no enquiry is lost.
To protect against automated submissions, the form checks technical characteristics of the sending process (hidden additional field, time of sending, simple arithmetic task). No third-party tracking services are used for this.
Enquiries are deleted as soon as they have been dealt with and no statutory retention obligations apply, at the latest after two years.
6. Cookies
Technically necessary cookies are set to keep the website and the ordering process functional (e.g. cart, session, login to the administration area). The legal basis is § 25 (2) TDDDG in conjunction with Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR. Analytics or marketing cookies are not used.
7. Shop, orders and payment processing
The shop software WooCommerce is used within this website for selling digital and physical offers. When you place an order, the order, invoicing and contact data you provide is processed to perform the contract (Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR) and retained in accordance with commercial and tax law periods (as a rule 10 years).
PayPal can be used for payments. The data required for the payment is transmitted to PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A., 22-24 Boulevard Royal, 2449 Luxembourg. The PayPal privacy notices apply in addition.
8. Embedded videos
On individual pages videos from YouTube are embedded (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). When a video is played, data is transmitted to YouTube, including the IP address. The embedding uses the extended data protection mode; the Google privacy notices apply in addition. Data is only transmitted once a video is actively started.
9. Disclosure of data
Personal data is only disclosed where this is necessary to perform the contract, where consent has been given or where there is a legal obligation. Service providers processing data on our behalf are contractually bound pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR.
10. Your rights
You have the right to information (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and the right to object to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 21). You can withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future. To do so, please contact info@fritz-re.io.
Independently of this, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority; for Berlin: Berliner Beauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit, Alt-Moabit 59-61, 10555 Berlin.
11. Confidentiality of the consulting
Content from consulting conversations and workshops is treated confidentially and not passed on to third parties. For workshops commissioned by institutions, feedback to the client is given only in summarised form, without disclosing confidential statements of individual participants.
12. Status
This privacy policy will be adapted as soon as the technical circumstances or the legal requirements change.
